About
The 28th International Kodály Symposium takes place in Cork, Ireland, from 4–8 August 2027, celebrating the enduring legacy of Zoltán Kodály.
Under the theme “Varied Cultures, Shared Experiences,” the Symposium will explore how Kodály’s philosophy continues to inspire across cultures, generations and traditions. From folk and classical to contemporary and world music, and from early childhood to lifelong learning, his ideas have resonated with communities around the world.
